I approached Mike at One Five One about some form of ‘group fitness classes’ for our team here at Colliers. We’re a group of seven in this team, of WIDELY varying levels of both fitness, and motivation levels… it was going to be a challenge to come up with something that would keep everybody happy. I’m glad to say however that they did! Sean (one of the team at 151) did a fantastic job.
Each Tuesday we had something a little different to do in the programme, making the sessions both entertaining AND challenging. He was well organised, flexible to the requests of the individuals, and a great motivator. We definitely improved our fitness levels in a fairly short period of time, and we continued on with the classes for a good deal longer than we ever expected. Another of our goals was to ‘reconnect’ a bit more as a team through this programme, and I can confirm that we also ticked that box…
In summary, these ‘Team training sessions’ have been a great success for us, and I suspect that we will be continuing on with these for quite some time.
