A large part of our focus, as it should be for all Auckland gyms, is to do everything possible to keep our members stimulated, inspired and hopefully excited about the ongoing improvements of the gym and it’s services for the benefit of all members.

testimonialspiechart.jpg 151 gym focuses heavily on retention of members rather than recruitment of new members, this makes good business sense of course, but a high turnover of members just doesn't suit what we have created in the health club; an environment where members to get know the staff and others club users very well and build professional relationships often that last many years.


The club's retention programme starts working immediately upon joining and we have in place a wide variety of initiatives to help keep our attrition rate as low as possible on an ongoing basis.


Why is this important for you?  Training regularly improves the quality of your life.  We want to do all we can to help you train regularly for the long term, while enjoying yourself on the journey!

3. Regular programme reviews with a club instructor
4. Getting fit!  Being fitter helps get you off your sit when you are considering going to the gym.  Unfit people find it harder to even consider getting up and going.

 

 Due to new management software approximately in 2004 we do not have readily available records showing the number of members who have in fact been at the club since it’s conception – over 20 years ago!
