"A regular attendee and member at 151 for over 16 years, I have been training with Dejan three days a week for the past 14 months.

My decision to engage a personal trainer was prompted by the need to catch up on my general fitness following a 6 month go-slow period caused by a sports injury. Going forward I also wanted to set some tough new goals in my

My experience in years in the industry


Over the 5 years in the Fitness and Health industry I have helped support people with finding their passion for exercise and making it a part of their daily lifestyle.

I have supported the community and 151 members in achieving their goals.  Making it about getting fit with many smiles and laughs in the process. I have helped individuals improve their posture, eliminate aches and pains, lose weight and become physically active both inside and outside the gym environment.

My main speciality is the ability to bring the body back to health and equilibrium through advanced techniques in sport massage, basic principals of weight training and stretching. With these adjustments the body performs every movement and activity with less effort and a drastically reduced chance of injury and improves performance.

I specialise in alleviating, healing and reversing injuries in the human body. I am skilled and qualified in writing programs for strength, flexibility, endurance, injury prevention, all sporting events, postural correction and pain elimination within the body.

My training style


Depending on your goals I will work within your space making sure your form and technique is as perfect and safe as can be, for every repetition and exercise.

If you require injury remedial work my method is a “hands on” approach. I will provide the correct exercises for your goals as well as hands on massage to relieve the trigger points causing pain and discomfort.

If a “hands on” approach is not to your liking I will provide tools and self remedial exercises for you to do during our training sessions and for homework, so that you make the fastest gains in achieving your goals.
