You could be having 3 personal training sessions a week if you shared the cost with friends
Split the cost of your trainer with mini group sessions and you could train 3 times a week for the same price as 1 session once a week.

Our members tell us that COST is the current biggest hurdle for hiring a personal trainer. Nothing beats a one on one session for 100% focus on you, and this is vital if you have for example a serious injury that you need to focus on. But if you are like so many others looking for corporate fitness, general health and vitality and you know you like exercising with friends, why not give it a try? Just think, you can all gang up and complain about the exercises together to your trainer for better effect! |

“He’s not just my personal trainer we have a friendship as well. He always strives for the best and that always seems to rub off on me whether its during a session or whenever I’m around him. Just when you think you can’t he makes you believe you can and it’s not just a philosophy I’ve taken through my training but throughout life! Thanks to Vic I understand my body a lot more. I know how to train and I’m finally getting results I’ve always been wanting”. A Patel
