Knowing someone is closely monitoring your visits (and contacting you regularly) will do a lot to help you train more often. Doing so means better results!

151's MONITOR ME system is in place to do everything we can as your selected health and fitness provider to assist you with achieving your goal of workouts each week.
After joining the club you will receive an email which asks questions about whether you would like to participate ("participate" means responding with your goal workouts to be achieved). If you do not respond, no problem, we will still monitor your visits closely, but will use the guideline of 2 visits per week as your goal for us to measure against.
If you know in advance that you will probably need as much encouragement as possible, reply to the email you'll receive welcoming you to the club with your goal visits, and we will keep an even closer eye on you. That's what we call our MONITOR ME system. |
And don't worry, our "monitoring" is carried out solely via activity of your blue entry card. We won't spying on your every move....unless your want that using a personal trainer!!
To summarise: Each week a 151 team member will sit down and assess our new member's attendance over the previous week, noting their visit stats. We then assess whether we feel the member should be contacted. If someone is training well on a weekly basis, we normally leave the contact up to the team in the gym. But if you're under your goal we'll be looking for a good reason for why you weren't here! |
