Save yourself time at reception by completing as much as you can before arriving.

We know your time is valuable, especially when it comes to exercising, so we hope making our membership forms available on line assists you somewhat.

Below you will find our suggestions for a speedy and no hassle join up process.  Thank you

1. Read the terms and conditions (page 2) of all memberships at 151 and contact us if you have any questions regarding that
2. Print off the membership form and complete, ending with your signature and date at the bottom of page 1
3. If you are choosing to pay by monthly direct debit, you will need to bring in with you your account number and your first month's payment to give us time to lodge your authority.
4. If you haven't already and you'd like to, request a booking to have your first assessment and programme discussion (although having assessments and programmes written for you is not compulsory as a gym member, completing a medical pre-screen form is).
5. If you are certain on what membership type you would like to purchase and what it entails, and you'd like to pay on line, request 151's account details. A GST receipt can easily be generated and emailed back to you within 5 working days of 151 receiving the payment. Your membership cards will be prepared for you and left at reception awaiting your pick up.
6. Remember, there is a key bond for full memberships.
7. Either scan and email your membership form back to the club or place in the post. Postal details can be found here.

To summarise....

• Read terms and conditions (page 2) of memberships
• Print off a membership form
• Send back the signed membership form
• If you will be paying monthly by direct debit, you will need to fill that form out at reception
• If you chose to, make your full payment (or payment for first month if paying monthly) plus key bond if applicable
• If you feel more comfortable you can email us to confirm that you've paid
• We'll send you a receipt withn 5 working days of receiving your payment if requested
• Turn up on your first visit and pick up your membership card/s and complete the direct debit form if paying monthly
• Don't forget to bring your account number with you!
• Start using the club!!
