“Full” membership at the club gives you options to exercise at the time of day that suits you. This gives you the flexibility (sadly not literally) to work on your fitness anytime during club hours, with
no restrictions like our ‘Associate’ membership has.
As a Full member, you will be able to unwind and de-stress at the end of your day by missing the peak traffic and by not having to rush through your session to get back to work.

“There are at least three gyms closer to my office but I am not interested. 151 has top-end exercise machinery, and a swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, ironing board plus iron etc. It has the big plasma screens, music, magazines and newspaper to read on the bike.
