1, 3, 6 month membershipsNo long term commitments to ongoing fees.We understand that not everyone can or wants to commit to 12-24 months of training. This is why we have memberships covering: 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months. Sure you will pay more for shorter term memberships but you could very well save yourself money in the long term if you find that exercising in our club for your health and fitness is just not for you. If you want a good return on your investment (results versus the time and effort you put in) with your goals eg;
…. we highly recommend having your fitness assessments/meetings with your club trainer often (every 6-12 weeks).We’ll assign a trainer to you to help manage your training programme (all included in your short term memberships) to discuss and check your progress as this gives you serious motivation when you see the fat fading, muscle tone improving, fitness increasing, and posture improving. Please note that just because you decide to select a shorter term membership, that this does in no way mean that you miss out on receiving full assistance regarding your assessments, programmes and instruction. All members (excluding “Swim only” members) have access to consultations with a trainer commonly discussing fitness, weight loss, how to lose weight, weight training or whatever your goals may be. You will also receive a carefully designed personal exercise plan that will be explained to you with 1 or 2 sessions or more if you need it.
