Conditioning for Swim Series, triathlon or fitness6-week conditioning programme for swimmersThis programme is designed for people who have already learnt to swim, and may be currently training (or be able to swim around 1km). The programme is designed to teach you some valid training tips to maximise the gains from your swimming. We will be concentrating specifically on technique (tailored towards ocean swimming) and speed work. The end goal is for you to have the skills to be competent in competing in some kind ocean swim event. Be it you first triathlon or the State ocean swim series. Remember that after you have done your first you will be hooked! Our final goal for this swim programme is for you guys to meet other swimmers that you can train with, because training with a friend is much more fun, and much more motivating!

How can I tell if I have improved??
We will have a timed 500m swim before and after in order to gauge improvements.
