There are certainly benefits from partaking in large classes like with Les Mills, City fitness and YMCA, no doubt about it, but our smaller classes can offer you are additional benefits like:
-
More focus from the trainer on each person meaning a safer often more effective workout. Not hiding now!
-
Not as much sweat and smell from 10’s of people!
-
More opportunities to converse with the trainer
-
Better follow up after classes in regard to your supplementary types of fitness training, as this is a manageable task due to smaller numbers
It is so common to hear people ask, “How can I lose weight”? Participating in classes goes a long way to helping you achieve this as the enjoyment factor keeps your motivation high which helps you train more often, as does seeing your body lose fat from the often higher energy workouts and hence substantial calorie burning effects.
Whatever you can find to keep your exercise motivation high – JUST DO IT!
