Aaron Hansen our resident professional coach and experienced personal trainer has proven methods for helping YOU get the most out of your game and body by teaching you:
 
  • The correct bio mechanical movement patterns for generating maximum power from your toes through to your racquet head
  • Drills for improving your “quickness” and agility around the court
  • How to strengthen your body to reduce your risk of injury, especially with overhead shots/serving, grip strength and leg muscles
  • How to build the right fitness base, extending into more specific fitness drills so that you don’t have to worry about fatigue, but where to play your shots
