Over 90 sq metres of deck space for your enjoymentAs you may know already, corporate fitness is about a number of factors; regular physical activity, fitness, the correct diet, good time management, the right amount of quality sleep, being happy and managing stress levels. Exercising outdoors when the weather is nice is a wonderful way to achieve a few of the above in one hit.Mostly in the summer months, we’ll move equipment onto the deck for your enjoyment. For example we’ll place rowers, benches, dumbbells, stretching mats, exercise balls, bikes and more outside for your enjoyment. Sunscreen is supplied! And don’t forget to drink a little more water if this becomes a habit for you.
