From simple ball skills used to warm up, to a game of 4 on 4, drop the tennis net, pop up the nets and away you go.


If you have ever played football or even kicked a ball around a little with your children or friends, you will soon come to realise how much fun and how tough this sport is.

Set up a one off or better yet, arrange to play regularly playing the same team of friends each week, same place same time.  if you make it a habit you will not only have better games from your skills and fitness improving, but will then start to see additional benefits like, weight loss, better athletic ability, better muscle tone plus much more.

Alternatively join in our our popular Friday lunch time (12noon - 12.30 pm) social game on the tennis court. Just turn up, no bookings necessary.  Fantastic fun
