Basketball

You won't even realise your training very effectively you'll be having that much fun.


If you're feeling a little stale with regular gym training, have you ever tried basketball either shooting hoops by yourself, or better yet a social game of 1 on 1 or 2 on 2 with friends? Your body will thrive off this different form of exercise, so different to the mostly single plane of movement that most cardio machines give you.

Casual/non members are welcome. Casual rates apply.

You will be surprised how this form of cross training will set your heart racing, all while burning a load of calories. The stopping, starting, jumping, multi-dimensional movements and a little adrenaline thrown in when playing friends has to be a wise option especially in the Spring and Summer months.

Try something different, it will not only greatly benefit your training but your mind as well!

And keep in mind our 2 on 2 basketball tournament being planned for this Summer

We supply the sunscreen but don't forget your hat!!
