Corporate Boot Camp

Create your very own group for extremely effective team building, boot camp style workouts.


  • This is a great option for those of you not wanting to commit to memberships.
  • Classes cost $20 (incl. GST) per person for a 60 min class.  Minimum of 6 people at each session.
  • Concession cards are available at 10 sessions for $180
  • Are you an employer? If so, this maybe an effective way to motivate and energise your team for 2012 via part of full subsidy of the costs.

As you may know already, group exercise sessions for fitness, weight loss and muscle toning are extremely popular worldwide. Once you partake in one you will realise why.  Really hard to go back to sitting on a bike or rowing on another fitness machine by yourself once you’ve experienced boot camp type classes. From boxing fitness to yoga type stretching, you tell us what you want and we’ll arrange it from there.


Included in the cost is any further use of the facilities with that visit: pool, tennis court, saunas, towels and use of toiletries in change rooms.
 
And don’t think that you have to be involved in the tough outdoor circuits, we can offer you quiet, gentle stretching sessions with a trainer, or even a session designed to tighten and tone your abdominals, buttocks and legs using floor exercises, exercise balls and more.

To truly be “fit”, we believe you should be good at doing an array of physical activities, not just good at stationary cycling or Pilates or body building to name a few, but good at all sorts of exercise variations.
 
When you hear in the media that an All Black or Silver Fern needs to pass their “fitness test”, they won’t be just tested for aerobic fitness but will be tested things like agility, reaction speed, strength, balance etc. 
 
We understand most of you do not want to be a professional athlete of course, but having a body that can be “ready for anything” you throw at it without much additional training really enhances the adventures you can challenge yourself with through life and greatly reduces the risk of injury when you do try different activities.  Not to mention a body that looks and feels far younger than your actual age.

 
  • Please note that we require a minimum number of 6 people in a “group” to run a class.
  • Availability is affected by your and the trainer's weekly schedules.
  • All possible effort will be made to be available at a time that suits your group.



“I’d like to get a group together to try this out, what do we do next?”

  1. Email the club and let us know how many people are interested in your group session and 3 options for days and times that will work for your ‘team’. 
  2. We will email back an information sheet in addition to a medical pre-screen form that every participant must completed and returned before the day of the class
  3. Once we have assessed the medical forms and data, the club will contact you to confirm your session time after a deposit of $40 has been received via our point of sale at the reception or by direct credit.
  4. Before commencing with a session, EVERY participant must have their blood pressure checked by the trainer and signed their medical pre-screen form.
