We are very excited to announce that we have on route to the club a number of pieces of the world's leading cardio equipment from TECHNOGYM. This gear is innovative, super functional, smooth as silk and very effective.  Very exciting! The top machine (to the left) can be used for small steps to large long strides, the middle machine moves laterally for for those inner legs and outer thighs, and the bikes are super smooth and comfortable.

 

151's complimentary towel service, along with use of our range of toiletries in the changing rooms and optional laundry service are very popular services at the club.  Our members that elect to use the laundry service can walk in bag free! No more hauling annoying gym bags around.

Monitor Me is a new member monitoring system 151 uses to very closely assess ALL new member's visits each week over a 2 month period. The Monitor Me option involves you sharing with us specific details about your goal training frequency and we'll do all we can to help you adhere to that goal by using prompt methods of contact when needed. If you can start well, results will almost certainly follow. Full details available to members soon after joining
